Two fires erupted Sunday on U.S. Forest Service land to the north and south of Redding.
The Gulch Fire started about 11 a.m. near Harrison Gulch and had burned more than 2,500 acres by Sunday evening, said Kent Romney of the Forest Service.

What I want to know is why my dam electric bill is so high. I leave everything off except for the refridgerator for 8 days while I was away and instead of going down it went up! Mr. Starman....City Councilors....who is leading this city? It has been my experience that this kind of thing starts at the top and works it way down. Is the top Mr. Feider, or Starman, maybe this is leftovers from MW? Come on COR, get your shit together.
