on this post - (1) PostsFirst 5 Shasta (available at www.first5shasta.org ) has recently published a great tool for us mothers out there that are looking for something to do with the kids. This is a map featuring all playgrounds in Shasta County with playground equipment designed for young children under the age of 5. The playgrounds are funded by First 5 Shasta and feature this age-apropriate equipment and a safe place for young children to explore and develop skills. Go play and explore and let us know if you find a playground you especially enjoy visiting with your child!
