If you are interested in furthering your education, our own Shasta Community College is now completing fall registration for classes that begin on August 18th. They offer distance education courses (over the internet from home), telecourses (via television at satellite campuses) and traditional classroom courses on campus. The above photo is of the new Shasta College Health, Sciences & University Center in Downtown Redding. It is a subsidiary of CSU, Chico, the Oregon Institute of Technology, and Southern Oregon University and provides lab and classrooms for the health, science and nursing fields.
