So what do you think about the new proposed speed limit of 5 mph on Redding’s popular Sundial Bridge?  With an estimate of over 350,000 people who use the bridge annually and many cyclists who use the bridge while riding on the Sacramento River Trail the speed limit proposal has become a great concern to many bridge-goers and city officials.  There will be discussion about the proposed speed limit at a hearing this afternoon…what do you think?
