There are many activities around Redding that the kids will love while parents can be happy the kids are getting some form of exercise during the rainy months. Some of the ideas are:
- Ice skating at the Siskiyou Ice Rink in Mt. Shasta
- Roller skating at Viking Skate Country in Redding
- Bowling at one of Redding’s 2 bowling alleys
- Cruising the Mt. Shasta Mall
- Playing games at home such as twister and hula hooping
- Nintendo Wii has games for the family including Dance Dance Revolution and boxing
- Attend local art studios such as All Fired Up (pottery/ceramics)
- Kids Yoga at various locations
