Paint your front door with a bold, complimentary color that will liven up your curb appeal. Ensure you put enough coats on it so that doesn’t look thinly applied and be sure to take the time to tape edges and hinge placement so it looks professional!
Maintain your yard by keeping your lawn in good condition and if you don’t know how, go to websites like yardcare.com where you can learn about everything from planting grass to getting rid of diseases! Prune, weed whack and mow/edge regularly…you’ll even get exercise while you work!
Add exterior details such as a new mailbox, stylish address numbers or colorful potted plants to give a welcome feel.
Pressure-wash the exterior of your home to make your paint look almost as good as new…you can rent a washer at the local hardware store (ie Home Depot).
