Residential Listings: There are currently 1534 active listings (up from 1525 2 months ago) and another 414 listings that are pending escrow (over 100 more than 2 months ago!). So far this year there have been 505 sold listings in the MLS database and in April so far there have been 120 sold listings recorded.
